WHAT DOES "NINE KNIVES" MEAN?
Nine is the final number before hitting 10. It represent an idea of POTENTIAL. The pursuit of chasing your full potential. Knives are tool we all use and there's tons of different ones. Each one was designed with a specific goal. It represents the idea of PURPOSE.
NINE KNIVES is for people who are chasing their full potential and pursuing their life purpose.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?
Although, we wish we could accommodate all changes…we fulfill orders very quickly! Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to dispatch. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. However, if your order is not yet shipped out, feel free to contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder the correct item. Please note that given the speed at which certain items sell out, we cannot guarantee that your item(s) will be available if your order is cancelled.

Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it prior to leaving our facility. Please ensure all your information is inputted and correct before submitting your order, including your discount code. If your order is not yet shipped out, contact us and we will happily cancel your previous order, so that you can reorder with the discount code applied. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Items purchased from Nine Knives Apparel may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase . All items must have their original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed.

Any exchanges must be for products of equal or lesser value. If requested items are of greater value than the original product(s) being exchanged, you will be issued a store credit.
If a product you are requesting is out of stock at the time the return arrives, you will be issued store credit for that product. Please list alternative options on the return form if you prefer a direct exchange.
*If a product is individually marked as final sale, that voids the standard return policy.
You will be responsible for paying postage on any returns. If you request an exchange, we will waive the standard shipping fee on your exchanged item. sorry we're not ballers like amazon and can offer free return shipping at this moment.

WHERE ARE THE TEES MADE?
Our tees are made in Latin America/Mexico!
The factory they are made in is required to meet these standards including NO child labor, involuntary labor or harassment. They must comply with wage and hour laws and regulations.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE?

DO THE SHIRT SHRINK?
Our cotton/poly tees should shrink by about 1/4" - 1/2" depending on how you wash them. In order to avoid that, wash tees with cold water and tumble dry low, or air dry the first couple of washes.
Our 100% cotton tees (longlines, long sleeves and pocket tees) can shrink a little more due to the fact that they're 100% cotton so ALWAYS wash with cold water, and little to no heat. Hang drying is the best way, but that's not that feasible sometimes, right?
If you are concerned about your tees shrinking when you first order them, try washing ONE TEE to see how it does before washing all of your tees.
***Keep in mind, any washed or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW SHOULD I WASH THE TEES?
All tees should be washed with cold water only and tumble dried on low. If the shirts are 100% cotton, or you are afraid they will shrink, use as little heat as possible. Air-drying the shirts is the absolute best way to avoid shrinkage.
Be sure not to overload your washer or dryer. That can cause pilling & fading, and is not good for any of your clothes!
